Central Valley/El Camino Real/ Great Northern District Conference

Dear Clergy and Lay Members of the Annual Conference,
Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ! Per paragraph 658 of the 2016 Book of Discipline, we call a District Conference Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 9:00 am to noon. The Conference will be held via Zoom.
All members of the District Conferences are invited to this meeting. The members of the District Conferences are the same as the members of the Annual Conference from our Districts: All appointed elders and deacons, licensed local pastors, and associate members; assigned Certified Lay Ministers; retired elders, deacons, and associate members whose charge conference is in this district; the elected lay members of Annual Conference from each local church in the District and other District officers as specified in the Book of Discipline.
We will start the District Conference all together in one Zoom meeting to enjoy a time of devotion. We will give an Annual Conference Session Orientation. Then we will break off into separate Zoom Meetings for each individual district. There, we will receive reports from Committees, and elect District Officers and Committee Members.
